Project Outline

Purrfectly Peppy Pet Veterinary Hospital is a New England-based veterinary hospital and clinic that provides routine pet care and after-hours emergency services. One year ago, in 2023, Purrfectly Peppy changed ownership. The new owner wanted to examine their online presence, specifically their website, to ensure customers could use it effectively to meet their needs. I was approached by Purrfectly Peppy to improve the underperforming site. Their main priority for the redesign was functionality, accessibility, and branding.

Color Palette

The new website's design strategically prioritizes functionality. The Services and Contact pages are specifically crafted to help users quickly achieve key objectives: accessing detailed information about the hospital's veterinary services and booking appointments. When users land on the homepage, they are greeted with a clear call-to-action to book an appointment and a featured section highlighting the hospital's most popular pet services. The website’s easy-to-use navigation further emphasizes its functional focus, with a prominent, easily identifiable navigation bar that remains consistently accessible in the header.
