Project Outline
Spotlight Center Stage is a community theater that aims to educate and entertain families by bringing literature to life and getting youth involved in its programming. Spotlight was gearing up to promote its 10th season and was looking for ways to spread the word about its organization and fundraising efforts and to promote season ticket sales. The project's goals were to launch an integrated digital marketing campaign that would put a "spotlight" on the organization. The necessary deliverables for the campaign were an email blast, a digital banner ad, a social media ad (for Facebook & Instagram), and a website landing page.

The email blast served as the campaign's first touchpoint, targeting current patrons and potential supporters. The format ensures the email is both skimmable and actionable, making it an effective entry point to the campaign.

The display ad builds on the email blast's visual language while raising awareness of the organization and emphasizing community participation. The ad is optimized for quick comprehension and to capture immediate attention, making it suitable for use across different digital channels and on platforms where users scroll rapidly, such as search networks and web pages.


The social media ad concisely adapts the campaign's key visuals and messaging for platforms like Facebook and Instagram. It features strong visuals and engaging copy that align with the brand's community-driven image, appeal to a younger, more tech-savvy audience, and drive traffic to the landing page.
The landing page serves as the central hub for engagement and provides a comprehensive experience and all the information the audience needs to support the campaign and drive conversions. By offering comprehensive details in an accessible format, the landing page caters to organizations and potential sponsors.
